GS500: Practicum in Applied Health Research and Knowledge Transfer

GS500: Practicum in Applied Health Research and Knowledge Transfer is a graduate course co-funded by CYHRNet. The course provides students with hands-on applied health research experience, as each student is matched up with a research question from a Vancouver Island Health Authority practitioner. The students then spend the semester addressing the research need and developing a solution, working directly with end-users of research in the field. This pioneering hands-on community-collaborative model has also been adopted for several other graduate courses at UVic.

For more information, check out the GS500 website.
